Shandong Zhongxin Food Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as “the Company”) was established in 2023 with a registered capital of 1.8 billion CNY, formerly the poultry business segment of New Hope Liuhe Co., Ltd. At the end of 2023, the company became a subsidiary under control of China Animal Husbandry Group Co., Ltd. (CAHG), a wholly-owned entity of China National Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd. (CANDC), which is a central state-owned enterprise directly supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC).

Currently, the Company employs nearly 30,000 staff and operates over 100 subsidiaries and branches. Its integrated industrial chain spans breeding stock, feed, farming, slaughtering, deep food processing, and global sales, embodying a comprehensive "farm-to-table" system. In 2019, the Company successfully bred the "Zhongxin White-Feathered Meat Duck," a new variety with independent intellectual property rights, providing the global poultry market with a high-quality and reliable breeding source. Presently, the Company ranks among the industry leaders in poultry slaughtering volumes includes chicken and ducks

The Company boasts the leading fresh poultry meat brand "Liuhe" and the renowned deep-processed poultry brand "Liuhe Delicacy". The "Liuhe" brand has been consecutively recognized as a "Shandong Food Safety Meat Product" for multiple years and was designated as the poultry supplier for both the 2018 Shanghai Cooperation Organization Qingdao Summit and the 31st Summer Universiade in Chengdu. Subsidiaries of the Company have obtained FSSC22000 Food Safety System Certification, HACCP Food Safety Management System Certification, BRC Global Standards for Food Safety certification and Halal (GS/MS) certification, ensuring compliance with international quality standards and religious dietary requirements.

Currently, products of the Company are exported to 31 countries and regions worldwide, including Japan, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates and Cambodia, consistently providing trusted food solutions to global consumers.
